Open JPG files with Preview. Launch Preview, and then open the folder where you have saved the JPG files. Print JPG images to PDF. Then go to “File” > “Print” to open the printing dialog. Start merging JPG to PDF.
Select all the images you want in your PDF, right-click and choose open with Preview. In Preview's Sidebar drag the images into the order you want them to appear in your PDF. Select/highlight all the images to be included in the PDF document; otherwise only a single image may end up the PDF document.
Go to the JPG to PDF tool, drag and drop your JPGs in. Rearrange the images in the correct order. Click 'Create PDF Now' to merge the images. Download your single document on the following page.
