Download and install PDF Utilities from Google Play. Make sure that you've already downloaded the PDF file of which you want to remove the password. Open the PDF Utilities app and tap Select next to Select PDF. Once you've located your file, select it and tap Start.
Click CHOOSE FILE. It's a green button on the right side of the page. Select your PDF file. In the window that opens, go to the location in which your PDF is stored, then click the PDF once to select it. Click Open. Enter the user password. Click UNLOCK. Click VIEW & DOWNLOAD IN BROWSER.
Go to the Image to PDF converter. Upload your image. We accept PNG, as well as GIF, TIFF, BMP, and JPG. Adjust the formatting as needed. Then click 'Create PDF Now'. Continue to modify your PDF, and/or download it to your local drive when you're done.
Locate the PDF on your computer. Right click on it and click Open With then choose Google Chrome. Once Google Chrome has loaded, enter the password for the PDF. Next, right-click on the PDF and select Print. You will now have the option to choose where to save the PDF. The PDF no longer has password protection.
Drag and drop your document in the PDF Password Remover. Confirm that you have the right to the file and click 'Unlock PDF!'. The decryption process should start right away. Modify your PDF further, or click 'Download File' to save the unlocked PDF.
