Open PowerPoint presentation and click Print. Select Universal Document Converter from the list of printers and click Properties. Go to File Format and select PDF Document. Select Password protected in PDF Standard like shown on the screenshot below.
Choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Remove Security. Remove Security: The options vary depending on the type of password security attached to the document. If the document has a Document Open password, click OK to remove it from the document.
To password protect an Office document, first open it in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access. Click the File menu in the top-left corner of the screen. On the Info pane, click the Protect Document button and select Encrypt with Password.
Step 1: Open the document and then click on “File”. Step 2: Click on “Info > Protect Document” and from then choose “Restrict Access” from the dropdown menu. This option will allow people to open and read the document, but they will be unable to print, edit or copy any of the content on the presentation.
Right-click the PDF file to choose “Open with” > “Google Docs,” then it will prompt a window to ask for the permission password. So enter the correct password in the new window.
