Excellent tool, but the only negative about this is. You should have highlighted that this is not free at the very beginning of the process. initially it says free trial, but when i complete the form & try to save or print or do anything can be done only post enrollment & paying. this is not fair & is misleading. Try to change this alone pls

My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. If customer support is this affect and expressed concern the way he did on a daily or frequent basis... then definitely purchase this product. Hands down.

Method 1: if you copy/paste values the data from the pivot table to another location, you can then use this to create your second pivot table. Having done that, under Portable Tools/Analyze/Change Data Source change the source to point to your first pivot table.
Click any cell in the pivot table. Click the PivotTable Tools Options tab. Click the Field List button in Show/Hide group if it isn't already selected. Make any of the following modifications to the table's fields:

A parameter will allow you to provide a value to pass into Tableau. Parameters allow you to come up with scenarios or options that are not available in your data and create these values to put into your visualization. After creation, end users can control the input to see the results of the parameters effect.
Select the cells or ranges you wish to copy. Select the Home tab. Select Copy in the Clipboard section. Select the cell you wish to paste your values to. Select the lower half of the large Paste button. Select OK.

Select the cells whose contents you want to copy. Press Ctrl+C to copy them to the Clipboard. Select the cell where you want to paste the contents. Choose Paste Special from the Edit menu. Make sure the Formulas radio button is selected. Click on OK.
Select all the cells where you want to enter the formula. To select non-contiguous cells, press and hold the Ctrl key. Press F2 to enter the edit mode. Input your formula in one cell, and press Ctrl + Enter instead of Enter. That's it!
