The service produces a very handsome document, and facilitates changes when necessary. I had a little trouble navigating back and forth between the document and the print function, but that may be attributable to my lack of familiarity with the product.

Great Program to help buyer's get their electronically signed documents It makes it much easier for the buyer to get documents that can be electronically signed. Quality of the documents that get sent to my buyer's is fantastic. The look of the documents are professional quality Ease of use. It is hard to remember how to set up the file to get to the buyer quickly. I always have to try it 2 different times to get it right.

Simply put, yes, digital signatures are valid and enforceable. As long as certain requirements are met, they have the same legal effect as their written equivalents. Like a traditionally signed contract, one of the most important elements of validity is the signing party's intent to be bound.

Generally, a person has no obligation to provide a copy of a signed document to someone else merely because the other party has requested a copy. A court order might require that a certain signed document be produced to a court or to a litigant.
It's valid because both parties signed, not because both (or all) parties have a copy of it. One exception, as I mentioned above, is if the document or related law requires that signed copies be provided to all parties.
Each party should get an original signed copy of the contract for their files. That means if there are two parties to the contract, two identical contracts must be signed. One original copy of the contract should go to you, and one original copy should go to the other party.
If you can't locate it, you can ask your employer to provide you with a copy. But your employer is not obliged to provide you with a copy of your contract if you have lost your copy. Of course your employer is more likely to give you a copy if you ask for it when there are no contentious employment law issues at play.
You are legally entitled to a copy. Report your employer if they continue to refuse. However, the legal entitlement to written terms and conditions remains the same, the employer must provide this within two months of employment or sooner if the job last for a period shorter than that.
At the time of signing a contract you should get a copy of what you signed. This is a legal requirement. The original copy stays with the Employer while you are in that job. However, if you leave that employment the Employer is not obligated to retain or supply copies.
