Select File > Properties. Select the Description tab to view the metadata in the document, including the document information dictionary. Modify the Title field to add or change the document's Title entry.
Choose File>Open and then browse to your file using the Finder or Explorer. Select your file, then right-click. Choose To rename. You can, however, change its file metadata, including the title, keywords, and custom metadata (in Additional Metadata)
Remove Metadata from PDF File Go to the “File” tab and choose the “Properties” > “Description” option. You can then view the metadata of the PDF document. Furthermore, you can edit and delete metadata as you want. Select the information that you want to delete.
Choose File > Properties, and then select Custom. To add a property, type the name and value, and then click Add. To change the properties, do any of the following, and then click OK: To edit a property, select it, change the Value, and then click Change.
