Really great product. So many of the forms I am sent would mean hours of unnecessary handwriting. With PDF Filler I am able to complete them in 1/2 the time. (The only negative is the learning curve, but once I learned how to maneuver around its great!)

Digital Signature is a process that guarantees that the contents of a message have not been altered in transit. When you, the server, digitally sign a document, you add a one-way hash (encryption) of the message content using your public and private key pair.
To create a digital signature, signing software -- such as an email program -- creates a one-way hash of the electronic data to be signed. The private key is then used to encrypt the hash. The encrypted hash -- along with other information, such as the hashing algorithm -- is the digital signature.
Digital signatures are created and issued by qualified individuals. For anyone to get a valid digital certificate, they must get it from a certifying authority (CA). The Certifying Authority (CA) is a kind of Trust Service Provider, and it is a third-party organization that is trusted and accepted in a country.
A digital signature is an electronic form of a signature that can be used to authenticate the identity of the sender of a message or the (signer) of a document, and also ensure that the original content of the message or document that has been sent is unchanged.
STEP 1: Log on and select your type of entity. STEP 2: Fill the necessary details. STEP 3: Proof of identity and address. STEP 4: Payment for DSC. STEP 5: Post the documents required.
There are basically 3 types of Digital Signature Certificates Class-1, Class-2 & Class-3 each having different level of security. All the authorized signatories of company under MCA21 require Class-2 Digital Signature Certificate.

A digital signature is a mathematical technique used to validate the authenticity and integrity of a message, software or digital document. In many countries, including the United States, digital signatures are considered legally binding in the same way as traditional document signatures.
A Class 2 Digital Signature Certificate is used by individuals and is available for download after verification based on a trusted and pre-verified database. Digital signatures create a virtual fingerprint that is unique to a person or entity and are used to identify users and protect information in digital messages or documents. In emails, the email content itself becomes part of the digital signature.
To verify and check the digital signature of the signed application you can perform the following on any Windows system. From a Windows operating system: Right-click the file the main executable file (.exe), select Properties > Digital Signatures. Under Signature list, select the Signature, and click Details.
