Open the document you want to enable the Audit Trail feature for.

Click on the 'More' button located at the top right corner of the pdfFiller editor.

From the dropdown menu, select 'Audit Trail'.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the editor, displaying the Audit Trail panel.

Click on the 'Enable Audit Trail' button to activate the feature.

Once the Audit Trail is enabled, all the changes made to the document will be recorded and displayed in the Audit Trail panel.

You can view the details of each change by clicking on the respective entry in the Audit Trail panel.

To disable the Audit Trail feature, simply click on the 'Disable Audit Trail' button in the Audit Trail panel.
