How to Use the Edit Data in Pdf Feature

The Edit Data in Pdf feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily edit and update data in your PDF documents. Follow these simple steps to make the most of this feature:

Open the PDF document you want to edit in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Edit' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Select the 'Edit Data' option from the dropdown menu.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen, displaying all the editable fields in the document.

Click on the field you want to edit. A cursor will appear, allowing you to make changes.

Update the data in the field as needed. You can type in new text, delete existing text, or modify the content.

Once you have made the necessary changes, click outside the field to save the edits.

Repeat steps 5 to 7 for any other fields you want to edit.

After you have finished editing all the desired fields, click on the 'Done' button in the top right corner of the screen to save your changes.

You can also use the 'Undo' and 'Redo' buttons in the toolbar to revert or redo any changes you have made.

If you want to discard all the changes and revert to the original document, click on the 'Cancel' button instead of 'Done'.
