Found it difficult to navigate through at first but after using it a few times I figured out what I needed to get done but I'm sure there are easier ways to do things in there....

This is a good app. It could be improved with navigation that's a bit less clunky - more intuitive. I also wish there was a way to fill out forms without having to recenter, re-size, re-font the text so it looks normal in the document.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Verify the Need. About 90% of my clients have their own contract that they prefer to use. Name It. Create a Header. Date It. Personalize It. Format it. Outline the Services. Detail Everything.
If you're working freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Guru and such, you don't need a contract. They'll do that part for you. But if you're working outside, you should definitely think about it at least. The main purpose of a contract is to protect both you, the freelancer and the other party, the client.
Get it in writing. Keep it simple. Deal with the right person. Identify each party correctly. Spell out all of the details. Specify payment obligations. Agree on circumstances that terminate the contract.
For a contract to be valid, it must have four key elements: agreement, capacity, consideration, and intention.
Contracts only need (1) a meeting of the minds as to the terms, and (2) exchange of goods and/or services which each party considers to have some non-zero value (called consideration). So, yes, you can write a contract for yourself. You don't need an attorney.
Stick to just one goal. Write down the steps you need to take to achieve the goal. Set a deadline for the contract to one day, or a week at most. Keep it short and focused, but formal. Focus on the upsides of the contract. Change the contract if you feel that you've accomplished it already.
There is no bar to parties making their own draft to execute a contract. It is not necessary for a lawyer to draft it for it to be valid. You do not need a lawyer to draft a contract in order to go to court and sue. In fact, in California you don't even need a contract.
Design and construct (“D&C") is a contractual pattern for project delivery where both the design and the construction is supplied by the Contractor. For a Principal, the D&C contract also has the potential to offer significant savings of professional consultants' fees.
Design-build is a method of project delivery in which one entity — the design-build team - works under a single contract with the project owner to provide design and construction services. One entity, one contract, one unified flow of work from initial concept through completion.
Construct only is a project delivery method and type of contract frequently used in the construction industry. As the name would suggest, Construct Only entails the construction element of the project, as opposed to the design, procurement or ongoing operations associated with a project.
Design by Contract is an approach to designing robust yet simple software. It provides methodological guidelines to achieve these goals without resorting to defensive programming. Instead, Design by Contract builds class invariants and PRE/post validation of methods arguments and return values into the code itself.
Design by contract (DBC), also known as contract programming, programming by contract and design-by-contract programming, is an approach for designing software. These specifications are referred to as “contracts", in accordance with a conceptual metaphor with the conditions and obligations of business contracts.
Code contracts provide a way to specify preconditions, postconditions, and object invariants in your code. Preconditions are requirements that must be met when entering a method or property. Improved testing: Code contracts provide static contract verification, runtime checking, and documentation generation.
