A Great Time Saving Tool This software is a great time-saving tool in that it allows me to fill in, search, and edit forms and send them electronically within minutes. That way, I don't have to manually hand write information the form, then scan them (or mail them) and wait for recipients to respond. The software basically digitizes the workflow process, which saves me a lot of time. The software is limited to specific industries and the forms and features that these industries use. Therefore, not all forms and features are fully applicable to our company so we can't take advantage of them.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
To fix a small mistake when you're writing a check, like writing the date incorrectly, first make a small line through your mistake. Then, write the correct numbers or letters to the right of what you've crossed out. Finally, write your initials next to what you've changed, and fill out the rest of the check.
If the misspelling is harder to read than a mere missing letter or two, go to the teller inside your bank and explain your problem. The teller will instruct you to endorse the check exactly as it is made out, with the name misspelled. Then you will be instructed to write your name with the correct spelling below that.
Without a signature, the check might be sent back to the issuer, resulting in fees and delays in getting your money. Even if your bank deposits a check without a signature on the back, and you see the money added to your account, that check might get rejected a week or two later.
In order to deposit or cash a check, you first need to endorse it. Blank endorsement: A blank endorsement is made by signing your name on the back of the check. You must sign it exactly the way it appears on the Pay to the Order of line.
When you write a check, the only place you need to sign is on the front right on the signature line. However, it is possible to include instructions on the back of a check when you write it. If you receive a check, you'll need to sign the back to deposit or cash it.

check endorsement. Signature included on the front or back of a check acknowledging that both parties have agreed to exchange the specified amount on the document. The signature or account information included on the back of a check acknowledges that the intended recipient received the document and deposited it.
Signature: Sign the check legibly on the line in the bottom-right corner. Use the same name and signature on file at your bank. This step is essential check will not be valid without a signature. Memo (or For) line: If you like, include a note.
If you write for deposit only on the back of a check made out to you and then sign your name, the check can only be deposited in your account. This is called a restrictive endorsement, and it should prevent you or any other person from cashing the check.
If they can't get a hold of you they would probably mail it back to you. There is a chance that they won't catch in which case it would just be deposited into your account like any other check. You do not have to endorse a check at the bank you have an account with.
The simplest thing to do is to strike out the endorsement with a line or two through it, and then directly under the erroneous endorsement write “endorsed in error" and then your initials beside that notation. Leave your signature readable though.

When Should You Endorse a Check? Don't endorse a check with just your signature and no further instructions until you're ready to cash or deposit it. A check that's endorsed this way becomes negotiable, which means it can be cashed or deposited by anyone who presents it to the bank, even if that person isn't the payee.
