Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Navigate to the Look that you want to export to a Google Sheet. Click the gear menu and select Edit Settings. Copy the function under Google Spreadsheet. Paste the function into the upper-left cell of the Google spreadsheet where you would like your data to appear, and then press Enter.
On your computer, open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets. Click File. Print. Optional: Choose your print settings, like margins or page orientation. Click Next. In the window that opens, choose your print settings. Click Print.
To print a specific portion of your Sheet, select the cells you want to print (e.g., click-and-hold your cursor in one corner cell of your desired print area, then drag to select adjacent cells) as shown in Figure A. If you want to print either the entire Workbook or current Sheet, you continue to the next step.
Press Ctrl + P as if you were going to print. Instead of printing, change the Destination to “Save as PDF.” In the page range field, select the pages you want, separated by a comma, for example: 2, 3-6, 14-15, 21.
Open the Sheets document you wish to print. Highlight the cells you want to print. Hit Ctrl + P on a PC, or Command + P on a Mac, or go to File, then select Print at the very bottom of the list. In Print options, choose “selected cells.”
