After a slow start and feeling misled by the "fill in your form for free" and then having to pay, I did get a full refund. The tech support was excellent - they were the only ones, that I could find, that could get me the rather complex fill in form from NY State Tax authorities (RP-5217). I still feel I should not have to pay a third party to file a required tax form - but that is an issue I'll have to take up with NYS, wish me good luck with that one.

To fix this error in MS Word: Error! Bookmark Not Defined, follow these steps: In MS Word, from the View menu, select Toolbars, and then click Outlining. If the document contains multiple tables of contents, place the insertion point inside the table of contents that is causing the problem and needs to be updated.
Error Cause The reason for this error is that word uses a hidden bookmark system for linking the table of content topics to the page number. Due to this reason when the bookmark gets deleted because of the topics getting erased from the Word document or change in formatting we get this error bookmark not defined.

But before you do, you should probably compare the TOC with the pages it references to make sure everything is correct.
