A crosshair cursor will appear. Click and drag to select the area on the page where you want the link to be placed.

A link properties window will appear. Select the page you want the link to navigate to from the drop-down menu.

Repeat steps 6-9 to add more links to other pages in the document.

Once you have added all the links, click on the 'Close' button in the index toolbar to exit the index editing mode.
