I am very happy with PDF filler. I have only used it for one document so far, but I have no complaints except for the pop up every time you open the form.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Check-in is available from 1 to 30 hours prior to scheduled departure of domestic flights. Check-in online and print your boarding pass or obtain a voucher to be exchanged for your boarding pass at the airport. Use their mobile website or new mobile app to check in and obtain your e-boarding pass.
It may include your boarding gate. When you book a flight on an airlines' website, you get what is called an E-Ticket. Your reservation is recorded by the airline and the E-Ticket allows you to check in at the airport. The boarding pass is for the gate agent when you check in before boarding your flight.
Your boarding pass and ID are all you need. And, yes, you go straight to security. You do not need to go to a ticket counter. No, boarding pass is enough to pass security gates and board the plane.
”Tickets" are now replaced by boarding passes, generally issued to you 24 hours in advance of the flight. You can print them off at home, or retain them on your phone, or print them off at the airport, either at a kiosk or at the “ticket" counter. Basically just a major cost savings to the airline.
Boarding Passes can be printed beginning 24 hours prior to the flight's scheduled local departure time. You can obtain a boarding pass at the Ticket Counter, Skycap Podium (where available), or online at Southwest.com.
Book your reservations and purchase your ticket online, either through an airline website or on a travel-comparison site such as expedia.com, orbitz.com or travelocity.com. After the airline has charged your credit card, you'll receive a confirmation number by e-mail.
New rules: Airline ticket name must match ID exactly. If your passport or driver's license includes a full middle name that you don't normally use, you may be asked to include that name on your ticket the next time you fly within the United States and by next year if you fly overseas.
Name change: Minor name changes and spelling errors will be corrected for free. If you notice a mistake has been made you may still amend the name on your booking and ticket to reflect the correct spelling in your passport up to 2 hours before the flight is due to depart.
Not all airlines require a middle name on boarding passes. Some ask for a middle initial or don't prompt you at all. Some airlines may not require a middle name while booking, however, these guidelines are required for international flights.

Answer: A middle initial is acceptable on your passport. TSA's Secure Flight Program asks passengers to enter their names as they appear on their government ID (i.e., passport). You should try to use the same name on your passport and flight reservations.
It's known that, depending on the airline, your middle name might not print on your boarding pass even if you did include it when booking. Even though your boarding pass may not match your government-issued ID (i.e. your middle name is not on it), if your passenger information is correct, there will not be a problem.
Especially if you're only traveling with a carry-on and no checked luggage. If you're checking-in online, travel without a checked bag and go to the airport with your printed boarding pass (or a digital copy on your phone), you can go straight to the gate and skip the counter.

We don't need your middle name. To make changes using Manage Bookings, you'll need the email address and password used to make the original booking. Titles and spelling mistakes are free to edit.
