Generate Saved Transcripts. In the Campus. 1745 Release (November 2017), a new Student Transcript tab is available in Student Information > Counseling > General. The existing Student Transcript tab in Student Information > General remains for the time being.
Each Custom GPA calculation associated with the student's calendar of enrollment display at the bottom of the Grades tab, ordered by the GPA Calculation's sequence and name. If there is a custom GPA calculation, the Rolling Cumulative GPA calculation does not display.
You can also search for your school district at the National Center for Education Statistics website. The district will still have student records for all the high schools that belonged to the district and should be able to get you a copy of your transcript and send official copies on your behalf.
Select which Grade should appear in the report. Enter an Enrollment Effective Date in mmddyyyy format or by clicking the calendar icon and selecting a date. Select the desired GPA Calculation. Select the desired GPA Calculation Type.
Each quarter should include a Progress Grade (as it appeared on the Progress Report), a Quarter Grade and Citizenship. Grades shown in yellow are the most up to date grades for your student, and they are called an in progress grade. They are dynamic and can change every time a teacher enters a grade.
