Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

The Insist Signature Request feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily request signatures from others on your documents. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Upload your document to pdfFiller. You can either drag and drop the file into the designated area or click on the 'Upload' button to select the file from your computer.

Once your document is uploaded, click on the 'Signature' button in the toolbar on the left side of the screen.

A dropdown menu will appear. Select 'Insist Signature Request' from the options.

Click on the area of the document where you want the signature to be placed. A signature field will be added automatically.

Customize the signature field by resizing or repositioning it if needed. You can also add additional fields such as text boxes or checkboxes if required.

After customizing the signature field, click on the 'Next' button at the top right corner of the screen.

Enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to request signatures from. You can add multiple recipients by separating their email addresses with commas.

Optionally, you can add a personalized message to the recipients in the 'Message' field. This message will be included in the email notification they receive.

Once you have entered the recipients' email addresses and personalized message (if desired), click on the 'Send' button to send the signature request.

The recipients will receive an email notification with a link to access the document and sign it electronically. They can sign the document using their mouse, touchpad, or by uploading an image of their signature.

As the sender, you will receive email notifications when the recipients view, sign, or decline the signature request. You can also track the status of the signature request in your pdfFiller account.

Once all recipients have signed the document, you will receive a notification and the signed document will be available for download in your pdfFiller account.
