No way to easily add additional pages in a template I used. Had to keep erasing everything to start new page. “Next” button skips all over the page, so this isn’t tablet-friendly. Waste of my annual subscription fee.

I think that it's a great thing. It makes fighting a case much easier. That more people don't use it. There is nothing else that I like least about it. My vice president used it also an has no problems with it. Being able to find what your looking for, then being able to fill form in an save it, then come back to it.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
PCI Securities Standards Council While there are no federal or state laws that make having copies of customer credit cards stored in an office illegal, doing so can put you on the wrong end of the stick with credit card companies.
Your card information is stored in a PCI-compliant external card vault provided by Speedy (www.spreedly.com).
Due to PCI-DSS requirements, and the availability of much safer methods of storing credit card info, we strongly recommend against this method. Another way to store information is to use a merchant service that allows you to store credit cards in their system, usually online.
Most companies use an online, or cloud, storage system with encryption to store your credit card data. Companies are required to store a customer's credit card data using a method that meets the Payment Card Industry's Data Security Standard or PCI DSS.
”We're not aware of a law that would prohibit a physician from requiring a credit card on file prior to providing non-emergency treatment.” In short, it seems many doctors' offices want to keep a credit card number on file, so they don't have to wait to get their money.
No, of course it is not illegal to store credit card information. In California, it is against the California Business and Professions Code to record, store or contain sensitive consumer data (yes, Credit Card details are considered sensitive), without adequate security protections, so the answer is — maybe.
Don't wait. Doctors should apologize for delays. And if presented with an invoice for excessive waiting, doctors should gladly pay the fee. Fortunately, most patients don't bill at the doctor's hourly rate.
Payment card numbers are composed of 8 to 19 digits, as follows: a six or eight-digit Issuer Identification Number (IIN), the first digit of which is the major industry identifier (MID) a variable length (up to 12 digits) individual account identifier. A single check digit calculated using the Kuhn algorithm.
The Meaning of Each Digit. A credit card number is usually 15-16 digits long, but it could be as many as 19 digits or as few as 13 in some cases. Each of these individual credit card numbers has meaning.
Drop the last digit from the number. Reverse the numbers. Multiply the digits in odd positions (1, 3, 5, etc.) Add all the numbers together. The check digit (the last number of the card) is the amount that you would need to add to get a multiple of 10 (Modulo 10)
Validating a credit card refers to the process of running a computer algorithm that performs calculations using a credit card's number. When the algorithm shows that the card is valid, it means only that the card number is among those that could potentially exist with a given credit card company.
For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards, the code is 3 digits and is found on the back of the card. For American Express, the code is 4 digits and is found on the front of the card.
Making online purchases You would enter in your name, billing and shipping addresses (just use your shipping address for both), the gift card number (15-digit number on the front), card expiration date, and the 4-digit security code (located on the front of the card).
The first digit is different for each card network: Mastercard cards Begin with a 5 and has 16 digits. American Express cards Begin with a 3, followed by a 4 or a 7 has 15 digits. Discover cards Begin with a 6 and have 16 digits.
The first digit in your credit-card number signifies the system: 3 — travel/entertainment cards (such as American Express and Diners Club) 4 — Visa. 5 - MasterCard.
