I'm impressed with the product and signed up for a year, but it's one of those things that you really need when you need it and really don't look at much when you don't. I would think one copy per company would be about enough. One outstanding feature is that you have boxes for each field that you can type in, this makes life so much easie

PDFfiller! This software overall is really well done. I prefer to use it when compared to other PDF filling software. It is also free, which is even better. This software does all the hard work for you. It recognizes each possible area for text, and understand if there is an area for a diagram/picture/drawing instead. This software gives you multiple different ways to input your signature as well, which is always something I look for when it comes to similar software. Grammarly also works moderately well with this software, if that is something you use. PDFfiller looks very busy. Even though it is relatively easy to use, it can seem daunting when you first start using this software.

If you want to move a comment to another location in your document (or even to another document), you can use techniques you already know for moving regular text. ... Make sure you are viewing your document in Draft view. Highlight the comment mark for the comment you want to move. Press Ctrl+X.
Make sure the Track Changes button is Orange on the Reviewing Toolbar. If it is not Orange, click the button to turn it on. Begin typing to see your changes being tracked. Highlight an area of text and click the Insert Comment button.
Go to Review on the Ribbon. In the Tracking group in the middle, click the Track Changes button and from the drop-down select Track Changes.
Highlight an area of text and click the Insert Comment button. Type your comment into the balloon. Click the Reviewing Pane button. Changes made to the document, and the user who made them, are shown in the pane below the document.
On the Review tab, in the Tracking group, select Show Markup. Point to Balloons, and then select Show All Revisions Inline to show deletions with strike-throughs and comments inline. Rest the pointer on a comment in the document. The comment appears in a Screencap.
Insert Comment To insert a comment in a document, highlight the area of text where you want to comment on. Click the Review tab on the Ribbon then click New Comment. That opens up a balloon pointing to the highlighted text you can leave your comment in.
If you want to email it back to the sender, click FILE and Share. Then, click Email and Send as Attachment. In the email form, add the sender's email address on the To line, type a message, and click Send. Up next, we'll use Track changes to incorporate the revisions in the document.
Locate and open the target document. Once on the interface, go to the REVIEW tab from the top. On the REVIEW tab, from the displayed options, click Track Changes button from the Tracking section. From the same section, click the All Markup option from the drop-down list displaying Simple Markup.
In Word, use the flout option in the Tracking section of the ribbon. Next, click the 'Advanced Options' tab. When the 'Advanced Track Changes Options' window opens, hit the Markup/Deletions pull down menu item and from the list of options displayed, select 'Strike through'.
