I needed on copy of a form, that is all and I was charged 120.00, that is an expensive copy. I have cancelled your service and would appreciate a full refund. Charge me for one copy fine, but not 120.00. Thank you

PDFFILLER HAS CHANGED MY PRACTICE - FOR THE BETTER I use this software everyday and have found it a necessity in my practice. Prior to having pdffiller, we still had to type into forms using a TYPEWRITER. No joke. With my legal practice there are numerous forms that we have to fill out. Not only does pdffiller have the usual ability to enter Text into a form, but the feature we rely on the most is the ability to DELETE and RE-TYPE into the document. This has improved the time it takes to draft and amend documents that were not originally created by our office. Sometimes it is difficult to save under a different name and I often accidentally save over a prior document.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Documents notarized on the Notarize platform are electronically signed by the signer(s) and our notary. Just about every document which needs to be notarized in the paper world can be electronically notarized online on the Notarize platform.
You can notarize something physically or online. In the past, to notarize something, you had to sign it physically in the presence of a notary public. You can now notarize your documents entirely online by connecting with a commissioned notary public by live video.
Take the (standard) notary course and pass the exam with a minimum required score. Apply to the Secretary of State and be sworn in as a notary public. Buy your equipment (seal and log book) if you plan to do paper notarization (and you might as well, at this point!)
Notaries will also pay $40-$50 per month to the platform ($480 if paid annually or $50/month, if paid monthly).
Upload a Document. From minor consent to travel forms to powers of attorney, upload the document you need notarized. Verify Your Identity. We'll use your license and answers to knowledge-based authentication questions to verify your identity. Connect with a Notary.
The states that have implemented Remote Online Notarization (RON) statutes include Arizona, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota1, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
Notarize Lets You Legally Notarize a Document Straight From Your Phone.
No notary will notarize a document on behalf of a signer in the absence of the alleged signer. The presence of the person is absolutely necessary because the said person's signatures have to be taken by the notary in his official Register of records which it is mandatory for the notary to maintain.
Have an acceptable form of identification. Fill out and bring the document that needs to be signed. Be ready with payment for notary fees. Ensure all parties involved in the signing are present.
One of the most important duties of the Notary is to administer oaths and affirmations, which are solemn promises of truthfulness made by a signer, witness, or new office-holder. An oath is a promise to a deity and an affirmation is a pledge on one's personal honor.
I do solemnly and sincerely and truly declare and affirm that the evidence I shall give shall be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Promise: I promise before Almighty God that the evidence which I shall give shall be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.
”Online webcam notarization is invalid and illegal in the State of California. The web-based platform purports to allow a person to submit copies of identification over the Internet and to use a webcam in lieu of a personal appearance in front of a notary public.
It is not legal. If a document is notarized without the person signing it being present, the notarization is invalid. Both the person in whose name the document is being notarized and the notary could face all kinds of legal problems, both civil and criminal.
