How to Use the PDF-XChange Editor Edit PDF Feature

The PDF-XChange Editor Edit PDF feature allows you to easily make changes to your PDF documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the PDF-XChange Editor software on your computer.

Click on the 'File' menu at the top left corner of the screen.

Select 'Open' from the drop-down menu and choose the PDF file you want to edit.

Once the PDF file is opened, click on the 'Edit' tab in the toolbar.

You will see various editing options such as 'Add Text', 'Add Image', 'Add Link', etc.

To add text to your PDF, click on the 'Add Text' option and then click on the area where you want to insert the text. A text box will appear, allowing you to type in your desired text.

To add an image to your PDF, click on the 'Add Image' option and then select the image file from your computer. You can resize and reposition the image as needed.

To add a link to your PDF, click on the 'Add Link' option and then click and drag to select the area where you want to add the link. A dialog box will appear, allowing you to enter the URL and customize the link properties.

To delete or modify existing text, images, or links in your PDF, simply select the element you want to edit and use the available editing options in the toolbar.

Once you have made all the desired changes, click on the 'File' menu and select 'Save' to save your edited PDF document.

You can also choose to save the edited PDF document with a different file name or in a different location by selecting 'Save As' from the 'File' menu.
