This really works My over all experience was pretty good I really like this software and would reccomend it to everyone it is definitely my top choice. I liked the fact that you could take virtually any document and fill in the spaces with the information of your own. It really makes things a lot easier I didnt like how you couldn't delete words that were already there I wish it was all in one app instead of having to download 3 or 4 different apps to get what I want done accomplished

Sign into your account. Find the Human Resources or Payments page. Look for Personal Documents, Wage Information, or Tax Forms. Make sure you're viewing forms/numbers for the current year. Download and print your W-2.
If you can't get your Form W-2 from your employer, and you previously attached it to your paper tax return, you can order a copy of the entire return from the IRS for a fee. Complete and mail Form 4506, Request for Copy of Tax Return along with the required fee. Allow 75 calendar days for us to process your request.
Contact their Employer. Taxpayers should ask their current or former employer for a copy of their W-2. Call the IRS. Taxpayers who are unable to get a copy from their employer by the end of February may call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 for a substitute W-2. File on Time. Correct a Tax Return, if Necessary.
Online Request. Go to the IRS Web site at www.irs.gov. Telephone Request. Call the IRS at 1-800-908-9946. Mail Request. Mail a 4506-T (Request for Transcript of Tax Return) form, which can be found on the Printable Forms section of our webpage (www.hostos.cuny.edu/ofa).
If you choose to use the paper forms, you must order them from the IRS. Easy online ordering is available on its website at WWW. irs.gov/orderforms. Be sure to order the form for the correct year; in January you will be filling out forms for the year just completed, not the current year.
1099misc forms are not printing on red forms. You do not need to use the red forms (government filing copy) to file your 1099-MISC and 1096 forms. The IRS will accept these forms even if they are not printed in color.
You will not need any preprinted forms for the W-2s or 1099s. You can use blank print paper, which is IRS approved. Simply print your W-2s or 1099s and send them out. We will e-file them to Social Security and the IRS, but you must mail out the recipient's copy.
A W-2 form is a multipart form: Copy A goes to the Social Security Administration. Copy 1 is for the city, state, or locality. Copy B is for filing with the employee's federal tax return. Copy C is for the employee's records.
If your employer fails to comply, you can always contact the IRS directly. If you don't receive your W2 by February 14, you can call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040. When you call, you'll be required to provide detailed information to authenticate your identity and receive your W2.
