so far ease of use seams to be the direction this system is built on. I would love to see more controls to authorized users and an auto save feature from original templates after and before fill. over all I love how going paperless is very easy to use

Position the cursor in your document where you want to place the symbol, formula, or equation. From the main menu, choose InsertObject. ... Scroll up or down and choose the Microsoft Equation option, and then click OK. ... Click a formula template from the symbols categories.
Launch Microsoft Word. From the File tab choose Options. In the resulting window, from the left-side navigation menu choose Add-ins. Using the drop-down menu located at the bottom of the window, choose Word Add-ins and click the button labeled, “Go”.
Choose the Open Math Input Panel command in the Insert Equations group of the Datatype tab in Word. Write the equation in the MIP writing area. Once you've confirmed the accuracy of the equation, tap Insert to place the equation into Datatype Desktop.
Click inside, select all, copy, then paste into Word 2016 (it will not paste directly into Datatype). Before you paste into Datatype, confirm Word's settings are correct for this. In Word's Format menu, choose Equation Options (at the bottom). Click to select the option to “Copy Math ML to the clipboard as plain text”.
Simply select the Insert tab and choose Equation under the Symbols section. If you still do not see the Equation option, you may have to go to File > Options > Customize Ribbon. Select All Commands in the Choose commands from menu, then add Symbols to the tabs listed on the right side of the screen.
