It's MUCH EASIER TO USE THAN WONDERSHARE PDFelement 6! Which costs $$$$ more than PDFfiller. I could not use the Wondershare PDFelement 6 and got a refund. However if PdfFiller increases it's costs I will attempt to buy the Adobe program. It's not that I use pdf that often that I have to pay a monthly cost.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Open the table in Datasheet View. If necessary, scroll horizontally to the first blank field. Double-click the header row, and then type a name for the new field. Select Click to Add and then select Number, Large Number, or Currency from the list.
Create a table with a field of type Currency. In the lower pane of table design view, set the Format property to "Currency". Save the table, and close the database. Open the Windows Control Panel. Go to Regional Options, and change the Currency setting. Open your database again. Open your table in design view.
Money Data Type. The money data type is an abstract data type. Money values are stored significant to two decimal places. These values are rounded to their amounts in dollars and cents or other currency units on input and output, and arithmetic operations on the money data type retain two-decimal-place precision.
Numeric data types are numbers stored in database columns. The exact numeric types are INTEGER, BIGINT , DECIMAL , NUMERIC , NUMBER , and MONEY. Approximate numeric types, values where the precision needs to be preserved and the scale can be floating.
In SQL, numbers are defined as either exact or approximate. The exact numeric data types are SMALL INT , INTEGER , BIGINT , NUMERIC(p,s) , and DECIMAL(p, s) . The approximate numeric data types are FLOAT(p), REAL , and DOUBLE PRECISION .
The percent (“P") format specifier multiplies a number by 100 and converts it to a string that represents a percentage. If 2 decimal places is your level of precision, then a “smallint" would handle this in the smallest space (2-bytes). You store the percent multiplied by 100.
The third column is called first_name which is a ARCHER datatype but can contain NULL values. The fourth column is called salary which is a MONEY datatype which can contain NULL values.
Rounding errors when using MONEY datatype Under the covers, MONEY is stored as an integer data type. A decimal number, the more usual choice for storing a monetary value, can range accurately between -10^38 +1 through 10^38 1.
In Design view, right-click anywhere in the column that contains the field you want to format, and then choose Properties from the shortcut menu. Click in the Format property, and then click the arrow to display the format options. Choose a format option from the drop-down list.
The Format property affects only how data is displayed. It doesn't affect how data is stored. Microsoft Office Access 2007 provides predefined formats for Date/Time, Number and Currency, Text and Memo, and Yes/No data types.
Click Start | Control Panel. Click Clock, Language and Region. Click Change the date time or number format. On the Format page of the Region and Language dialog, click the [Additional Settings] button. Click on the Currency page and amend the Currency format according to your needs. See tip below.
