Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Select Invite settings to add CC recipients and set up the completion settings.
Click Send invite to send your document or Save invite to save it for future use.

How to edit a PDF document using the pdfFiller editor:

If the “Stored session data” setting is selected, it would not display for a user with that profile after changing it manually. [S2-S6] The data saved by the Google Ad Manager service would not be displayed on the “Your account” page when a Google Ad Manager profile is activated on a new PC. [S11-S12] The “Save Ad Manager request” button in Settings was not clickable on the “About Ads” page in an account. [S13,S14-S21] The “Save Ad Manager request” button in Settings would stay enabled even if the “Your account” and “Account name” columns were empty.. Once you’ve created an electronic division request, you may send it at your convenience to save a copy of your request to the appropriate bureau or office by checking the box for mailing, or you may mail it for postmark in the format, form information and signature that corresponds with the bureau or office it is addressed to. Please note, all electronic division requests must conform to Department of General Services Directive (DSD) 201-02, Division Request Forms. It includes basic instructions for creating and submitting the division request form online (you may also choose to access the division request form in Word version, PDF version, Excel version or by e-mail form)..

What do you like best?
The best features are (1) the ability to easily import and that it converts with accuracy and (2) the ability to manipulate doc - more specifically merge, edit, copy, etc.
What do you dislike?
The only feature that does not seem intuitive at times is the folder structure and how the files are organized. When editing a doc it will always move a doc to the top because it is the most recently viewed or edited doc - but this sometimes makes it confusing. Similar to Outlook, it would be nice to have easier drag and drop feature for organizing the docs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a quick out of the box product, overall very intuitive and easy to use.
