How to Save SON Field Document
Follow the steps to use the Save SON Field Document feature in pdfFiller.

Go to your pdfFiller account or create one in case you don’t have it.

Add your document by uploading it from your device or importing it from the cloud.

Locate the file(s) you’ve already uploaded in the Documents tab.

If you do not have the needed document or form at hand, find one in the forms' library.

Select the Save SON Field Document feature from the toolbar and apply it to your document.

Click the downward arrow icon next to the DONE button and select save, send, share, download, or print to get your Documents.

Click DONE to finish editing your document.

How to Use the Save SNN Field Document Feature in pdfFiller
The Save SNN Field Document feature in pdfFiller allows you to securely save sensitive information such as Social Security Numbers (SSN) in your documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to work with in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Tools' tab in the top menu.

Select the 'Save SNN Field' option from the dropdown menu.

A pop-up window will appear with a warning message about the sensitivity of the information you are about to save. Read the message carefully and click 'Continue' if you understand and agree to proceed.

Next, you will see a red rectangle overlaying the document. Drag and resize the rectangle to cover the area where the SSN is located.

Once you have positioned the rectangle correctly, click inside it to open the 'Save SNN Field' settings.

In the settings, you can choose to encrypt the saved SSN field by selecting the 'Encrypt' option. This adds an extra layer of security to the saved information.

You can also add a custom label to the saved field by entering a label in the 'Field Label' input box. This helps you easily identify the saved field later.

After configuring the settings, click 'Save' to save the SSN field in the document.

The saved SSN field will now appear as a blue rectangle overlaying the document. You can click on it to view or edit the saved information.

To remove the saved SSN field, click on it and select the 'Delete' option from the toolbar that appears.

Remember to save your document after making any changes or additions.
