How to Use the Send Line Application Feature in pdfFiller

The Send Line Application feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily send documents for signature or completion to multiple recipients. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to send in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Send' button located at the top right corner of the screen.

In the 'Send' tab, select the 'Line Application' option.

Enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to send the document to. You can enter multiple email addresses by separating them with commas.

Customize the subject and message of the email that will be sent to the recipients. You can use the provided templates or create your own personalized message.

Choose whether you want the recipients to sign the document or complete it as a form.

If you want the recipients to sign the document, select the signature field(s) where they need to sign. You can add multiple signature fields if needed.

If you want the recipients to complete the document as a form, select the form field(s) where they need to fill in the information. You can add multiple form fields if needed.

Review the document and make sure everything is set up correctly.

Click on the 'Send' button to send the document to the recipients.

The recipients will receive an email with a link to access the document. They can sign or complete the document directly from their email or by clicking on the link and opening it in pdfFiller.

Once the recipients have signed or completed the document, you will receive a notification and the document will be updated in your pdfFiller account.
