Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

What do you like best?
The upside is that it's very efficient and expedites completing forms effectively. I have used other software and didn't find them to be easy to navigate or efficient.
What do you dislike?
The downside is that sometimes the text doesn't align when filling in forms I have to complete from other service industries. Also, when PDFfiller is the default PDF it does not print without having to refresh several times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is really good and does make my administrative work easier and less tedious. There are some quirks but when I have experienced them, the support received was expedient and exceeded my expectations.

needed a PDF filler software easy to use easy to fill out lots of PDF forms without hassle Easy to use. Can save forms for future use. Does not require any extra learning. Intuitive format makes easy for anyone to use. Cost was a bit much, but decided the year membership was the best savings deal. You can challenge the Pip if you don't agree with it by lodging a formal grievance in accordance with your organization's policy (it is usually lodged with your line manager or HR). You are often also entitled to appeal any disciplinary warning linked to the Pip by notifying your employer in writing of the same.
You are not legally required to sign a performance appraisal nor will you be threatened with legal action if you refuse to sign your performance appraisal. However, if you do refuse, your supervisor or an HR staff member will probably indicate on the signature line that you refused to sign.
