My need for a Blumberg standard lease was satisfied, however the number of typographical errors in the form were surprising and correcting them caused a change in the font!! Very frustrating!

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Contents of an MOU clearly outlines specific points of an understanding. It names the parties, describes the project on which they are agreeing, defines its scope, and details each party's roles and responsibilities.
Identify the parties: It should specify the name of the parties between whom memorandum of understanding is being signed. Purpose: It should clearly specify the purpose and the goals for which the memorandum is being signed.
Like a letter agreement, an YOU is a simple document signed by both parties, but it is structured more like a standard agreement. It will begin by stating the date, the names of the parties involved, and other identifying information, such as their addresses (or states of incorporation, if the parties are entities).
Similar to a contract, a memorandum of understanding is an agreement between two or more parties. Unlike a contract, however, an YOU need not contain legally enforceable promises. While the parties to a contract must intend to create a legally binding agreement, the parties to an YOU may intend otherwise.
The agreement is a document in which two or more parties agreed upon to work together for a common objective, whereas the Memorandum of Understanding (You) is a written document which describes the terms of an agreement. Whereas, if the parties do not want any legal binding upon them, they can go for You.
Keep you original signed memo in your records. This is the signature block of the memo. It is not centered, but just to the right of the page.
A memo does not include a signature line. But you should initial the memo with a pen in the header. Write your initials next to your name. This indicates that you have approved the memo.
In practice, memos don't include a signature. However, sometimes managers are wise to include their initials next to their name in the header. The real trick knows if and when to do so. The purpose of a memo will help dictate whether to sign it.
There's no need to include a complimentary closing or a formal signature in your memo either. Your initials will take the place of a formal signature. The length of a memo can vary, depending upon the subject.
The memorandum for record (commonly referred to as Memo for Record, MR, or MFR) is used as an informal, in-house document. People working together generally pass information back and forth verbally, but sometimes it needs to be recorded and filed for future reference. A Memo for Record is perfect for this purpose.
Create a heading for the memo. If it is an Army memo, the company seal must be on the upper left corner. Write and format the body. The body of the memorandum should be single-spaced, but leave a line blank between each paragraph or bullet. Create the footer of the memorandum.
Rather, it is the written reflection of an understanding between two parties. The YOU is developed through a process of negotiation and mutual assent, finalized through acceptance of the YOU instrument, and approved by the appropriate agency representatives who signify such approval by signing the YOU.
