It seems that PDF documents in the same folder have the same file structure, so even if a PDF module has been removed from a list, it was still accessible to the other PDF modules. The same issue also showed up when importing PDF files from other apps using Dropbox, like Google Drive or OneDrive. The main issue there being that Dropbox's PDF viewer and converter is limited, and you have to work within its limitations. Emerge now supports importing the PDFs of many software projects, including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Apple work and many others (see below). It means that the new module format offers no more limitation when importing PDFs from certain applications, like Microsoft Office. When you decide to go with Microsoft and create a PDF file, you have to use one of two methods of opening and editing the document: Save files as individual PDF files to your computer by selecting them as files, or Open a PDF in Preview or Publisher for further editing and then save it as a PDF. To remedy this, you should choose to open your document as an individual PDF file using the Create PDF dialog box and make the change manually. Open your original PDF file, select your desired options, choose Save As, and finally decide on your destination folder. Since the destination folder is a separate folder, you can then move your original PDF file to it and the PDF file opens in preview mode. In this way you can add images, change text, change fonts, and edit content of your document all without losing any content of the original. It is also possible to open and create new PDF files using the previous steps, but this would involve some manual editing since you have to modify all the images, text and other content. That is, all of you who benefit from open, editable documents should be able to access them, even when you're offline. We believe that having documents available, editable, and editable in context without interruption—the paperless process—is better than a document that is available offline and requires you to wait for it to finish loading. Furthermore, we believe that a paperless solution, whether it's for a single or multi-person work group, will save time and reduce wasted paper and create a paperless organization.
