Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Select Invite settings to add CC recipients and set up the completion settings.
Click Send invite to send your document or Save invite to save it for future use.

How to Use the Signature Application Feature in pdfFiller

The Signature Application feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add your signature to documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to sign in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Signature' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

A dropdown menu will appear. Select 'Use Signature Application' from the options.

The Signature Application window will open. Here, you can choose from various options to create or upload your signature.

To create a signature, click on the 'Create Signature' button. You can draw your signature using your mouse or touchpad, or you can type your name and select a font style.

If you already have a signature saved, click on the 'Upload Signature' button. You can upload an image file of your signature or import it from your cloud storage.

Once you have created or uploaded your signature, you can resize and reposition it on the document using the handles.

After placing your signature, click on the 'Apply' button to add it to the document.

You can also add additional signatures if needed by repeating steps 4 to 8.

Finally, save the document with the added signature by clicking on the 'Save' button in the toolbar.
