When the court clerk doesn't have customized forms for filing, this is so much easier than trying to perfectly fill out long, generic forms by hand in blue or black ink!

PDFfiller seems to do everything I need, thanks. The only negative, and it's hard to pin down, is that the UI (user interface) seems to be overly busy and cluttered. But it works.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
HH:MM:SS. Time is based on a 24-hour system. This is frequently referred to as “military time". The 24 hour system is the default format. Example: :23.
The HHMM format uses asterisks to format values that are outside the time range 024 hours, such as date time values.
ISO 8601 uses the 24-hour clock system. The basic format is [HH][mm][ss] and the extended format is [hh]:[mm]:[SS]. [hh] refers to a zero-padded hour between 00 and 24 (where 24 is only used to denote midnight at the end of a calendar day). [mm] refers to a zero-padded minute between 00 and 59.
The T is just a literal to separate the date from the time, and the Z means “zero hour offset" also known as "Zulu time” (UTC). If your strings always have a "Z” you can use: SimpleDateFormat format = new SimpleDateFormat("yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss. SSS'Z'", Locale.US); format. timezone(TimeZone.
Time Zone Database. The Time Zone Database (often called TZ or zoneinfo) contains code and data that represent the history of local time for many representative locations around the globe.
SELECT 1, CAST(CONVERT(TIME(0),GETDATE()) AS VARCHAR(15)) SELECT 2, CAST(CONVERT(TIME(1),GETDATE()) AS VARCHAR(15)) SELECT 3, CAST(CONVERT(TIME(2),GETDATE()) AS VARCHAR(15)) SELECT 4, CAST(CONVERT(TIME(3),GETDATE()) AS ARCHER(15))
The date time datatypes are DATE , TIMESTAMP , TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE, and TIMESTAMP WITH LOCAL TIME ZONE. Values of datetime datatypes are sometimes called date times. The interval datatypes are INTERVAL YEAR TO MONTH and INTERVAL DAY TO SECOND.
Oracle has expanded on the DATE datatype and has given us the TIMESTAMP datatype which stores all the information that the DATE datatype stores, but also includes fractional seconds. If you want to convert a DATE datatype to a TIMESTAMP datatype format, just use the CAST function.
Use an INTEGER storing Unix time’t values (Seconds since 01/01/1970) (If you go this route make sure you use at least a 64-bit integer) Use the SQL Date and Time types. ( TIME , DATETIME , TIMESTAMP , etc. - Use a boring VARCHAR field. (Don't do it.
The TIME data type consists of a time in hour, minutes, seconds, optional fractions of a second, and optional time zone. (Optional) Indicates the number of digits of precision in the fractions of seconds, as an integer value from 0 to 9.
