Respectfully yours (very formal) Sincerely or Kind regards or Yours truly (most useful closings in business letters) Best regards, Cordially yours (slightly more personal and friendly)
Say thanks. Make sure to offer thanks for their time and consideration, and choose a professional closing salutation such as, Sincerely, Best regards, or Thank you for your consideration. Avoid overly familiar phrases like, Yours, Cheers or Take care.
Sincerely, Regards, Yours truly, and Yours sincerely — These are the simplest and most useful letter closings to use in a formal business setting. Best regards, Cordially, and Yours respectfully — These letter closings fill the need for something slightly more personal.
Sum up your strengths. In recasting your professional strengths, don't simply repeat phrases the hiring manager has already read. Be polite and confident. A cover letter closing like, I look forward to hearing from you, won't spur a manager to pick up the phone. Say thanks.

Best. Sincerely. Regards. Kind regards. Thank you. Warm wishes. With gratitude. Many thanks.
Regards. Yes, it's a bit stodgy, but it works in professional emails precisely because there's nothing unexpected or remarkable about it. Sincerely. Are you writing a cover letter? Best wishes. Cheers. Best. As ever. Thanks in advance. Thanks.
