Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Using the E-Signature feature in pdfFiller is a simple and efficient way to sign documents electronically. Follow these step-by-step instructions to start using this feature:

Upload your document to pdfFiller. You can do this by clicking on the 'Upload' button on the homepage and selecting the document from your computer.

Once your document is uploaded, click on the 'Signature' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Choose the type of signature you want to use. pdfFiller offers three options: draw your signature using your mouse or touchpad, type your signature using a keyboard, or upload an image of your signature.

Ease of filling the forms. There is one change if you can make will be great... in date of birth column, once you click on it, you have to put the MM/DD/YYYY. If you can allow to override that and just put the year, that will be of help. In my case where my father was born in 1920 and his date of MM/DD is not known, I'm forced to fill it with incorrect information.

Use our online signature tool to quickly capture a free electronic signature. You can sign the document yourself, or capture a digital signature from up to 2 persons. Upload a document you would like to sign using your local file storage or one of the cloud services below.
All you have to do is open your document, click “Tools," then click "Fill & Sign." Click the “Sign" button in the toolbar and you'll be prompted to type, draw or use an image of your signature.

If no signature has been previously stored on the device, tap Create Signature, or to replace an existing signature, tap Clear Saved Signature and re-tap > Create Signature. Tap to use your camera to capture an image of your signature. (You can also Hand draws a signature or tap to choose an image on your device.)
Place the cursor in your Word document where you want to insert a signature. Click the Insert tab. Select Signature Line. A menu will appear. Fill out the required fields. Select OK.
