I needed a program that would allow me to auto-fill information on export documents that I am responsible for completing, and PDF fillers has given me the ability to do that. I know that PDFfiller will do a lot more than what I am aware of. I would highly recommend this site to anyone who needs almost any commercial-type document, or you can load your own document and create a pdf file and for your personal needs. I am happy that I found this site. It is just what I was looking for! 5-stars in my book!

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
You may be able to obtain state trademark registration for $$100200. Federal trademark registration extends your protection nationwide and offers other important advantages, but it typically costs more: $$275375 for each class of goods and services that you want to protect.
The cost to trademark a logo with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is $$225600 as of January 2017, plus legal fees. You can register a trademark with your state for $50-$150, but federal registration offers a great deal more legal protection.
To register a trademark, go to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Website, www.uspto.gov. Make sure someone else hasn't already registered the mark your category by checking the Trademark Electronic Search System database.
At the most basic level, a trademark protects logos and slogans while a copyright protects creative intellectual design. However, the copyright doesn't protect short phrases often found in a logo; that is protected by the trademark. This naturally begs the question of why a company might need both in a logo design.
You can register a trademark for a symbol online using the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) or other online trademark service. If your symbol consists of a combination of existing characters (such as %&!), you may be able to register it in standard character format.
Filing with the USPTO The simplest and cheapest way to trademark your name is to file an application at USPTO.gov. Check the USPTO's fee schedule to see how much it will cost to file your application. The basic filing fee is $390, or $195 for “small entities," as of publication.
You may be able to obtain state trademark registration for $$100200. Federal trademark registration extends your protection nationwide and offers other important advantages, but it typically costs more: $$275375 for each class of goods and services that you want to protect.
But unlike copyrights, trademark rights don't begin at the moment a word, symbol, or phrase is first scribbled on paper. Rather, trademark rights stem from the actual use of a distinctive mark in commerce. If you develop a catchphrase, you should register it with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Common words and phrases can be trademarked if the person or company seeking the trademark can demonstrate that the phrase has acquired a distinctive secondary meaning apart from its original meaning. That secondary meaning must be one that identifies the phrase with a particular good or service.
The Latham Act provides federal protection for distinctive marks that are used in commerce. This means that unregistered marks that are in use in commerce can be protected under trademark law. An unregistered trademark may also be protected under state trademark laws or common law.
Trademark law protects a business' commercial identity or brand by discouraging other businesses from adopting a name or logo that is “confusingly similar" to an existing trademark. The goal is to allow consumers to easily identify the producers of goods and services and avoid confusion.
Trademark law is supported by two primary public policy ideas: First, and most importantly, it seeks to prevent consumer confusion. Consumers may be “tricked" into buying inferior goods if competitor companies are permitted to “steal" trademarks of established companies.
The symbol TM signifies that you claim common law or state law trademark rights or that you have a pending application for federal trademark registration. Common law trademarks can protect your business name, product names, logos, and taglines, but the protection is limited.
Trademark infringement is the unauthorized use of a trademark or service mark on or in connection with goods and/or services in a manner that is likely to cause confusion, deception, or mistake about the source of the goods and/or services.
Under some circumstances, trademark protection can extend beyond words, symbols, and phrases to include other aspects of a product, such as its color or its packaging. For example, the pink color of Owens-Corning fiberglass insulation or the unique shape of a Coca-Cola bottle might serve as identifying features.
